Orders
If you purchase a mineral, rock or crystal specimen from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information, such as name, email, and shipping address. We recommend the use of PayPal to our customers. Other payment options are a Money Order or check, the latter of which must clear in our bank prior to shipment of an Order. You may also order by credit card by calling 845 986 7088.
Uses of Information
We use information collected during the ordering process for billing and shipping purposes, such as determining cost of shipment to your location, to provide a shipping address to mail or shipping companies, including UPS and U.S. Postal Service and, to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
